Just in time for Christmas
Hi Folks,
We've just finished roasting up some Robusta, Kaapi Royale Bold. After a few requests for stronger coffees, we sourced this great bean.
Like most Robustas coffees, the caffeine content in this one will really get you going in the morning. |
Finally!
Sorry folks, its been a while since I've put an update on here.
I currently have Ethiopian Harrar Longberry in stock. This is a nice safe coffee. Goes as well with milk as it does black.
I also have some Rwanda Cyarumbo. The Cyarumbo is a new coffee for me. It has a unique flavour, I find it quite intense, and personly prefer it with milk to help take off the harsher corners... |
Cuba Turquino
This is a very interesting coffee. One of the smallest beans I have seen, as a fresh roast, day 1 - 6 there are light "dry tea" flavours present, these mellow off as the coffee matures to produce a sweet coffee with slight peppery flavour. To fully appriciate the flavours in this one, try it in a plunger, black. Very limited stock |
Mexican Yeni Navan Typica
We've taken this coffee slightly darker than our usual at Tremors, a coffee that will be liked by anyone who is into dark chocolate. The Yeni Navan Typica was certified organic at origin. |
Teluk Bayur Robusta
This is Tremors first Robusta coffee. Robusta is said to have at least twice as much caffeine as Arabica, and because of its traditional cost, most instant coffees were made from Arabica. The flavour is definatly different to what you would expect from an Arabica, slightly darker roasted, this coffee is quite the eye opener. Not for the faint hearted! |
Ethiopian Harrar Longberry
This earthy coffee comes from the birth place of the coffee tree. Bold coffee, for those that like a bit of a kick. Light cocoa notes mixed in with the earthy flavours to produce an all round winner. Enjoy! |
Masaba AA
A batch of Ugandan Masaba is now available, This is one of my favourites at the moment. A mid bodied coffee, that has a mild cocoa finish. Hope you enjoy it! |
PNG Wahgi AA
A big roast of Wahgi has just gone up for sale. This is a great coffee. Very smooth, with light caramel and chocolate notes. Real syrupy as an espresso. Get it while it's hot! |
